*Forms must be completed before 4PM (Arizona time) the day before the auction. Forms submitted after this time may not be entered. When your bids are entered you will receive a confirmation email (look in your junk folder just in case).

As a courtesy to Absentee Bidders, Scottsdale Art Auction, LLC will execute your bid if you are unable to be present at the auction. A disinterested party will bid on your behalf, not necessarily to your maximum bid, but to the next bid above what is offered, provided that your bid is in excess of the reserve, if any. In the event of identical bids, the first bid received will take precedence.

PLEASE NOTE: An Absentee bid is not a guarantee, but simply another way to bid. The auctioneer may recognize another bidder (online, in person, on the phone, etc) at the amount you’ve given as your maximum.
